Refund Policy

At Rebsuke, we want to ensure your satisfaction with our custom-printed products. While we do not accept returns due to the personalized nature of our items, we do offer refunds or replacements in the following circumstances:

1. Damaged or Poor Quality Printed Item:

2. Wrong Item:

4. Delivery Delays:

2. We process the order and proceed with printing (2-3 business days).
3. Goods are packed and delivered to the customer via UPS, USPS, DHL, or other delivery services (4-7 business days).

If your order has already exceeded the 12-hour cancellation window, we are unable to cancel it as the item would have already been produced.
